Accessibility adjustments on this site

Who we are

Organisation: ZOFI Limited (UK)
Postal address: Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom
Email for accessibility enquiries: layla@myzofi.com
Website: myzofi.com

The Site is an informational (brochure‑style) website built on the Wix platform. We do not yet operate a logged‑in product or accept payments on the Site.

Our standard

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the Site. WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) are the internationally recognised standards for web accessibility.

Current status: Partially conformant. The content meets many WCAG 2.2 AA success criteria; however, some parts may not yet be fully compliant. See “Known issues” below. We will update this statement as we fix issues and before any interactive product launches.

Measures we take

  • Use semantic HTML and headings in a logical order.

  • Provide text equivalents for meaningful images.

  • Maintain sufficient colour contrast for text and interactive elements where feasible.

  • Ensure content is accessible with keyboard‑only navigation.

  • Avoid conveying meaning by colour alone.

  • Ensure focus styles are visible.

  • Avoid auto‑playing motion/animation.

Known issues we’re working on

Because the Site is hosted on Wix, some components may inherit behaviours we are still reviewing. We plan to resolve or provide alternatives for the following:

  1. Contrast on image overlays – Text placed over images may fall below AA contrast. Workaround: zoom or use reader mode; we will adjust styles where needed.

  2. Heading hierarchy – Some sections may skip heading levels in responsive layouts.

  3. Keyboard focus order – In certain Wix elements, focus order may not exactly match visual order.

  4. Link purpose and context – Some links may need clearer labels for screen readers.

  5. Alt text coverage – A few decorative images may lack explicit null alt text.

If you encounter an issue not listed here, please tell us (see Feedback below).

What we’re doing to improve

  • Ongoing self‑testing: periodic checks with keyboard‑only navigation and browser accessibility tools.

  • Automated scans: using common automated checkers during content updates.

  • Pre‑launch audit: before releasing any interactive/app features, we will review against WCAG 2.2 AA and fix high‑priority issues.

Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology

This Site is designed to work with the latest versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) on desktop and mobile. Internet Explorer is not supported. The Site should be usable with modern screen readers, screen magnifiers, and speech recognition tools.
