Welcome to myzofi.com (the Site). These Terms & Conditions (the Terms) apply to your use of the Site and any content we make available on it. The Site is operated by ZOFI Limited ("Zofi", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

2) What this Site is (and isn’t)

The Site is a simple informational (brochure‑style) website describing Zofi and its vision. We do not currently offer a logged‑in product or accept payments through the Site. Any future product or app may be subject to additional terms that you will see before use.

Content on the Site is provided for general information only. It is not advice (legal, financial, fashion, or otherwise) on which you should rely. You should obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the Site’s content.

3) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (e.g., a banner). Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Trade marks: "ZOFI", our logos, and any product/service names are trade marks (registered or unregistered) of ZOFI Limited. You may not use them without our permission.

You agree that you will not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, servers, or databases, or attack the Site (e.g., via DDoS);

  • scan, probe, or test the vulnerability of the Site without permission;

  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site;

  • upload or submit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful;

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or pose a security risk.

7) Third‑party links & services

The Site may link to third‑party websites or mention third‑party services (e.g., retailers). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, policies, or practices. You access third‑party sites at your own risk and should review their terms and privacy notices.

8) Availability of the Site

We aim to keep the Site available and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation. We may change, suspend, or withdraw the Site (in whole or part) without notice for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, representations, or conditions (express or implied) including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights that cannot be limited or excluded, including your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

10) Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under law.

Subject to the foregoing, we shall not be liable for: (i) loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue; (ii) business interruption; (iii) loss of anticipated savings; (iv) loss of data or corruption of data; (v) loss of business opportunity, goodwill, or reputation; or (vi) any indirect or consequential loss or damage. Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Site shall not exceed £100.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights and apply only to your use of this free informational Site.

11) Linking to our Site

You may link to our home page in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link that suggests any form of association, approval, or endorsement on our part where none exists. We may withdraw linking permission without notice.

12) Age requirements

The Site is not intended for children under 13 (or a higher age where required by local law). If you are under 13, please do not use the Site.

13) Security & reporting vulnerabilities

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability on the Site, please contact layla@myzofi.com with details. Do not publicly disclose before we’ve had an opportunity to investigate and remediate.

14) Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Site, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in the UK or EEA you may bring proceedings in your country of residence where required by applicable law.

15) General

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue in effect.

  • No waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

  • Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
